South Coast Service - Australia (CO-CURRICULAR) (Feb, 2024)

During the Australia South Coast Service trip organized by my school, I had the chance to immerse myself in Aboriginal culture, engaging with descendants and taking part in a traditional smoking ceremony. Additionally, I actively contributed to community service initiatives by preparing and distributing 75 sandwiches for a homeless shelter. I also assisted in the preparation of 100 meals at BIG Food Kitchen in Sydney, where me and my team crafted 25+ meals, showcasing my expertise in preparing red sauce pasta. These experiences not only allowed me to connect with different communities but also strengthened my skills in service and leadership.
